My Studio is located on the same property where my wife and I live near the end of Huntress Ln.
Our standard hours are 10-5 Monday through Friday with other times by appointment. That said it is probably a good idea
to call and make sure that we are around before driving out.

Rob began making pottery full time in 1975. That’s right 40 years ago. At that time he loved the feel of the clay running through his fingers as he made pieces on the wheel, the surprises that confronted him when he opened the kiln at the end of each firing cycle and seeing people enjoy using his work day in and day out. That is what inspired him then and it is what inspires him now. He believes more than ever that people need something of beauty made by another human being in their lives.

At Tested By Fire Pottery we make stoneware that is so durable it can used everyday but is perfect as a decorative piece. Each piece can go in the microwave, dishwasher and the oven. When used in the oven it is best to start with a room temperature and raise the heat slowly.
